Clinical Strength Classes

Our Clinical Strength classes focus on safe, progressive weight training and functional conditioning. They are ideal for clients seeking a supported introduction to strength training, particularly those with a history of injury, as well as young, sports-focused athletes looking to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.

Clinical Strength is designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real-life strength. Whether you’re returning from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your movement, this program is built around you.

We are thrilled to introduce our new Smith machine, alongside a wide range of strength equipment, allowing you to challenge your body in new and empowering ways.

Classes:

Run in small groups of just 2–3 clients, ensuring sessions are fully personalised to your goals, abilities, and medical needs. Each session is 30 minutes in duration and is closely supervised by our physiotherapists, ensuring every exercise is safe, effective, and evidence-based.
