Paul Iacovangelo
Podiatrist

Special interest in Sports Podiatry & Injury prevention

With 15 years of experience in private practice and a Master’s Qualification, Paul largely focuses his caseload on treating both acute and chronic foot & ankle injuries, as well as providing rehabilitation. He has a friendly welcoming approach and aims to deliver practical and effective treatment plans to suit busy lifestyles.

Paul has expertise in orthotics for his athletic clients. He understands the importance of biomechanical design principals and material choices, which are fundamental to ensure fit and comfort. He will guarantee his clients are happy, ensuring a streamlined device that feels naturally soft, yet supportive. Purposefully crafted for pathology and sports specifics in mind, Paul will ensure it works practically with desired footwear choices. Having played football for many years in the VAFA, in addition to cricket and tennis, he understands the importance of accurate sports injury diagnosis, prevention and footwear.

Paul finds helping kids very rewarding. As a young patient himself, the treatment he received as a child inspired him to become a Podiatrist—giving him a unique appreciation for the importance of early intervention and long term foot health for active children.

Having worked alongside surgeons for over a decade, Paul has a deep understanding in the advancements of foot & ankle surgery and the rehabilitation needed for best outcomes. While he is well versed in post-operative care, his expertise is often sought by his referring surgeons to explore all conservative options first.

When he’s not in his clinics, you’ll find him chasing after his two young boys, jogging with his Labrador, or out on the golf course working on his swing.

Linda Horee

Certified Remedial practitioner

Linda is a certified Remedial practitioner in Australia with over 15 years of experience as a massage therapist. Her initial introduction to massage was through the art of Thai Massage, which she learned in her home country of Thailand. Throughout her career, Linda has worked in various upscale hotels and has also directly collaborated with football clubs, including the Middle Park football team.

Linda's massage technique involves a combination of Thai Massage and Remedial Massage, which aims to alleviate pain and discomfort caused by tight muscles. Following the session, Linda may recommend stretching and self-care techniques to ensure that the client can continue to benefit from the treatment even after the session has ended. She prioritizes the well-being of her clients above all else.

Linda has a particular interest in treating headaches, neck, shoulder, and back pain. To achieve this, she employs a range of treatment modalities, such as dry needling, trigger points, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), and joint mobilisations, which all contribute to relieving pain and bringing the body back into balance. Linda strongly believes in the importance of client involvement in the treatment and recovery process and strives to educate her clients on how to recover effectively and prevent future injuries.Regenerate response.
