Sitting
comfortably on the floor, bend you neck down towards your
chest. Now use your hands to gently pull your neck
a little further forward and to the side until you feel the
stretch down you back and neck.
Hold this postion for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times.

Tip:
Best done within 10 minutes of getting out of bed in the morning.*
Caution:
This
is a powerful exercise if done correctly. Start off gently.
Stop if
you get any increased pain or tingling down you arms. |
